2–19 September 2025 LAC Pupils’ Programme Training – Batch 123/2025 Organised by the Legal Aid Centre (Kuala Lumpur) (“LAC KL”), the LAC Pupils’ Programme training for Batch 123/2025 was conducted from 2 to 19 September 2025. The sessions were held physically at the Bar Council Auditorium, and the LAC KL Training Room. 1 August 2025 KOPI O NIGHT – Fatwa, Law & Liberalism: Where Do We Draw the Line? The Bar Council Legal Aid Centre (Kuala Lumpur) (“ LAC KL ”) organised a “Kopi O Night” at the LAC KL Training Room. It was held on 1 August 2025, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, and was attended by 35 participants. The discussion was on “Fatwa, Law & Liberalism: Where Do We Draw the Line?” The distinguished speaker was Rozana Isa , Executive Director of Sisters in Islam (SIS), and the event was moderated by Nur Izni Syazwani Binti Ahmad. The informal setting encouraged open dialogue and active participation.
