Yayasan Bantuan Guaman Kebangsaan (YBGK) Training for Lawyers (Part 1&2)
Organised by the Bar Council Legal Aid Centre (Kuala Lumpur) ("LAC KL"), Parts 1 & 2 of the YBGK training, which were held physically at the Bar Council Auditorium, Level 2, Wisma Badan Peguam Malaysia was held on 30 March 2023. The training focused on the YBGK administration and the procedures for Arrest, Remand, Bail and Mitigation. It was conducted by Rajsurian Pillai and Morhaneraj a/l Rajakumaran from 9:00am to 6:00pm. 31 lawyers attended the training.
