Calling All Volunteer Lawyers of Bar Council Legal Aid Centre (Kuala Lumpur) to attend the SUHAKAM Public Inquiry on the Arrest and Detention of 5 KL Legal Aid Lawyers - 14th to 16th August 2009
The Bar Council Legal Aid Centre (KL) wishes to inform all its volunteer lawyers that the SUHAKAM Public Inquiry on the Arrest and Detention of 5 KL Legal Aid Lawyers on 7th May 2009 will be held as follows:
Date: 14, 15, 16 August 2009 (Fri, Sat & Sun)
Time: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Venue: SUHAKAM Inquiry Room, Level 29, Menara Tun Razak, Jalan Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur
All volunteer lawyers are urged to attend the Public Inquiry to show support, as this Inquiry will have a serious impact on the Bar Council's legal aid services and programs in the country.
