The Pupils’ Welfare Committee is organising criminal litigation workshops. The workshops will focus primarily on the practical aspects of handling a brief, covering the following areas:
Criminal Litigation
1. Client Interview
2. Mitigation
3. Bail Application
4. Trial Process
Due to the intensive and practical nature of the workshops, there will be a limit of 20 participants for each of the workshops.
