On 14 February 2009, the Kuala Lumpur Legal Aid Centre held its Annual Review and Election for the year 2008 at Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee Auditorium, Wisma Kraftangan, Kuala Lumpur.
The Kuala Lumpur Legal Aid Centre Anuual Review and Election was chaired by Tuan Haji Sulaiman.
Mr Ravi Nekoo, Chair of KLLAC delivered his introductory speech on overall report of 2008 activities run by the KLLAC followed by the presentation of detailed reports by Project Heads of all existing committees under the KLLAC.
The chairperson then opened up the floor for Question and Answers session allowing volunteer lawyers to ask questions on reports presented by Project Heads of all existing committees under the KLLAC.
After the Question and Answer session was concluded, the Chairperson proceeded with election of four Office Bearers positions namely Chair, Secretary, Assistant Secretary and Treasurer by opening up the floor for nomination.
The four elected Office Bearers for the year 2009/2010 are :-
Chair : Ravinder Singh
Secretary : Fadiah Nadwa Fikri
Assistant Secretary : Harleen Kaur
Treasurer : Valen Khor
